ParentLine is the free helpline, email, text and webchat service for anyone in Scotland caring for or concerned about a child. Being a parent or carer is the most important job any of us will ever do. At ParentLine we know that it’s not always an easy job, so we are here to listen and offer advice, support and information.

You will talk to someone who is trained to really listen and to support you to work out what’s best for you and the child you are concerned about.  They will give you information you need and signpost you to other services to access the best support available.  What you talk about is confidential unless there are concerns about someone’s safety and wellbeing.
